Ryan Patrick Bautista and Leanne Hunn, both 34, refused to immediately exit a mobile home Wednesday night after a SWAT team was called to the scene, the Jacksonville's Sheriff's Office said.
During a phone conversation, Hunn told cops that she would turn herself in after having intercourse with Bautista a final time, the newspaper reported.
The report states that the alleged assault, which took place behind a bar called 101 Cantina, was captured on video.
“Upon viewing the videos, it is clear the victim was mentally and physically unable to give consent due to her level of intoxication,” the police report states, according to the Sun.
Bautista was wanted for armed burglary, the newspaper reported.
He and Hunn were charged with resisting arrest without violence and false imprisonment, according to the paper.
Authorities have charged him with sexual battery and jailed him on a 0,000 bond.
The victim, according to a police report cited by the Sun, had difficulty speaking, was unable to walk and struggled to keep her eyes open.
