The Nebraska State Patrol said a woman was arrested for multiple offenses on Friday morning after a pursuit on Interstate 80.
According to a statement issued Friday afternoon, an NSP trooper stopped a car near Sutherland about a.m. During the stop, the driver, later identified as Claire Mason, 33, of Lincoln, gave the trooper a fake name and refused to get out of her vehicle.

Count II of the Indictment charges Carufel with assault on a juvenile less than 16 years of age causing substantial bodily injury on or about May 6, 2015.

Mason was arrested on suspicion of 18 offenses including felony flight to arrest, willful reckless driving, driving under suspension (eighth offense), driving during revocation, false report, failure to obey a lawful order and multiple traffic violations.
Officials also determined there were five active warrants for Mason’s arrest out of Lancaster County.
